Irving Frigate


ABV 3.8%


Golden bitter with citrus hop flavour derived from the addition of English Sovereign and Boudicea hops in the hopback. Complemented by a background sweetness from the subtle use of light crystal and cara-malt.



Fullers (Gales) HSB


ABV 4.8%


HSB is brewed with the finest malt and hops for a well-balanced character. It is full bodied and silky textured, with a hint of Dundee cake that leads to a rich, fruity taste and a silky smooth finish.


Ballards Mild



ABV 3.5%


Traditional

mahogany brown mild, smoky, roasted nutty aroma, with sweet, molasses and dark chocolate flavours. Brewed with Pale Ale, Crystal & Chocolate Malts and Fuggle Hops. Won “Best in Class” at SIBA S.E. Brewing Competition 2001.


Purity Pure UBU


ABV 4.5%


Pronounced ‘OO-BOO’ Pure UBU is a distinctive, full flavoured beer with a sweeter finish. Brewed with English Maris Otter, Crystal, and Wheat malts, with Pilgrim and Cascade hops. Winner of seven awards.

Bowmans Wallops Wood

ABV 4.0%

A light chestnut in colour which puts it into the 'brown beer' category. As far as flavour goes, it tends rather more towards the malt than the hops, though there is a pleasing hop taste right at the finish. The aroma is light and pleasant.


Purity Pure Gold

ABV 3.8%

A refreshing golden ale with a dry and bitter finish. Brewed with English Maris Otter, Caragold, Caramalt and Wheat malts, plus Pilgrim, Styrian and Hereford Goldings, Styrian Bobek and Citra hops. Winner of nine awards.
